PESHAWAR: His Excellency, the Governor of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Faisal Karim Kundi, visited the Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP) Regional Office in Peshawar on 20th May 2025.

During the visit, he was briefed on TDAP Peshawar Office’s performance, initiatives and planned activities in Annual Business Plan (ABP) 2025–26.

Key discussions included those on trade exhibitions across KP, support for women entrepreneurs from KP and major EDF-funded projects like the Expo Centre Peshawar, Date Processing Plant D.I Khan and Leather Village Charsadda. Plans for new TDAP sub-offices in D.I Khan and Chitral were also shared.

The Governor lauded TDAP Peshawar Office’s proactive efforts, advocated for DG-level status for the Peshawar office, revival of the Pakistan Gems & Mineral Show and supported critical infrastructure like a Convention Hall in the Peshawar Expo Centre and a new, purpose-built TDAP building in Peshawar.

The visit reaffirmed a shared commitment to advancing KP’s trade landscape and connecting local industries to global markets.
